Research & Projects
.My research and project work develops through national and international initiatives, with a particular focus on soft skills development, humanistic leadership, and innovation within educational and organizational contexts.

DIVERSITY LIVED
Diversity is not a concept to discuss — it is a reality to experience.
For me, inclusion begins when we stop treating diversity as a topic and start recognizing it as the natural condition of human relationships, organizations, and society.
Different cultures, perspectives, identities, and experiences are not obstacles to manage, but opportunities to create richer dialogue, stronger leadership, and more meaningful collaboration.
I believe in a leadership that listens before it decides, understands before it judges, and creates spaces where people feel seen, valued, and respected.
Diversity Lived means transforming inclusion from theory into daily practice.

Summer School
Summer Schools represent an international space for advanced learning, where research, educational innovation, and skills development come together within intercultural contexts.
Over the years, I have contributed to the design and implementation of high-level training programs in collaboration with European and Latin American universities, supporting the development of educational models focused on soft skills, humanistic leadership, and innovation.
These experiences have involved students, researchers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds, fostering comparative learning and the development of transferable competencies on a global scale.
International Laboratories
Laboratories represent a space for applied research and innovation, where the development of soft skills, humanistic leadership, and relational competencies is explored through experiential and interdisciplinary methodologies.
Designed for both students and professionals, these laboratories integrate research, education, and practice, with the goal of fostering awareness, collaboration, and adaptability in contemporary contexts.
These activities have been tested and validated in international settings, particularly within advanced training programs and Summer Schools in Finland, Portugal, Spain, and Mexico.
