About Me
I am a university professor and international researcher specialising in work pedagogy, humanistic leadership, and soft skills development.
My work lies at the intersection of research, education, and international project design, with a strong focus on the processes through which competencies, leadership, and influence are developed within organizational and global contexts.
I collaborate with universities, business schools, and MBA programs across Europe and Latin America, and I actively participate in European research and innovation projects.
Through my academic work and publications, I explore the role of soft skills and soft power, promoting a vision of leadership as a cultural, relational, and responsible practice.
Beyond Work
I believe that the most meaningful learning often happens outside the classroom.
I am passionate about books, writing, and everything that creates authentic connections between thought and real life. I am drawn to international environments, places where different cultures meet, and experiences that transform the way we see the world.
Music, travel, and intercultural dialogue represent spaces of learning for me just as much as academic research.
I am deeply interested in everything that helps us better understand people: leadership, relationships, emotions, education, and the ways we create meaning within organisations and in life.
I believe in a form of leadership that does not separate competence from humanity, but brings them together.

The best connections do not always begin in a formal meeting.
Sometimes, they start with an unexpected conversation, a book left open, a question asked at the right moment, or an idea that simply refuses to wait.
I believe in collaborations that begin this way: with curiosity, intelligence, and a certain elegance of thought.
Between research, international projects, leadership, and the inevitable cup of coffee, I am always open to new connections, academic exchanges, and ideas that can create real impact.
Because, after all, networking is also a form of art.
And like every meaningful work, it works best when authenticity is at its core.

What Guides My Work
I believe that education means creating possibilities.
My work is rooted in the intersection of research, responsibility, and human relationships.
Soft skills are not an accessory to education, but the core through which we build leadership, trust, and transformation.
For this reason, every project, publication, and learning experience I create shares the same purpose: turning knowledge into something that can genuinely improve people’s lives.
Beyond Academia
Not everything that shapes our work begins within work itself.
There are quiet passions, ideas that remain alive, dreams waiting for the right moment, and people who—often without even knowing it—teach us how to become who we are.
This is the less formal, yet perhaps the most authentic, part of my journey.
The Music That Accompanies Me
Music accompanies my writing, my travels, the necessary silences, and the ideas that slowly take shape.
Here you will find the playlists that reflect my rhythm, my pauses, and my energy.

The Projects That Inspire Me
Not all projects are measured by results.
Some are born from deep convictions, from causes we truly believe in, and from realities we choose to support.
Here I share associations, initiatives, and meaningful paths that I feel are part of my vision of the world.
Dreams Waiting to Happen
There are ideas that make no noise, yet they never stop calling you.
One of my dreams is to create a space for voice and thought — a radio program that brings together culture, leadership, education, and conversations that leave a lasting impact.
I also created Buddy Tourism, a travel experience designed to accompany visitors from Salerno to the Amalfi Coast, offering a more authentic and meaningful way to discover the territory.
Because some ideas do not ask for permission — they simply wait for the right moment.
The People Who Inspire Me
Some encounters stay with us.
There are people who become points of reference, often without even realizing it — through their way of thinking, their courage, and their human depth.
This section is dedicated to the people closest to my heart, to those presences that continue to teach, even in silence.
